How do I get involved?
We're so glad you asked!
Join our mailing list to stay in touch as the process continues.
Sign the petition in support of increased housing density and diversity in Ann Arbor.
Make a donation to Neighbors for More Neighbors A2 via the Washtenaw Housing Alliance (Please indicate that the donation is for NFMNA2 in the “Designation (Optional)” field.)
Write an email to City Council (citycouncil at a2gov dot org) and Planning Commission (planning at a2gov dot org) sharing your story of housing in Ann Arbor and expressing support for more housing--including duplexes, triplexes, townhomes and small apartment buildings--in the residential neighborhoods that are close to downtown and close to public transit. Share what housing abundance means to you.
Attend (in-person or virtually) a City Council or Planning Commission meeting.
Request a yard sign or buy a cool Neighbors for More Neighbors A2 tshirt to wear at public meetings.
809 E Kingsley (above) built in 1929, is illegal to build in most Ann Arbor residential neighborhoods today. Jefferson Market (below), built in 1920, could also not be built in under our current zoning.
